The forbidden palace

We woke up at 8:00, ate some breakfast, and headed to the forbidden palace.
This is the line to cross the street.
I'm not sure how to spell it but this is tianoman square. This is where people can go look at maus dead preserved body but it was closed. But this is the building that holds his body.
This is the national museum of china
Me and Amanda tried to take a picture of us licking this pole thing
A Chinese lady saw us and told us she would take it. I told her we wanted it to look like we were licking the pole. She didn't understand so we are just weird Americans posing with our tounges out.
We finally just decided to take it separately
People always want to take pictures with us
A very large bouquet of flowers
This is called the gate or something like that. Maus picture is on it.
These little golden balls on the doors represent good luck when you touch them.
The line waiting for our tickets
The beginning of the forbidden palace
We decided to do our flash mob but we were scared of our stuff gettin stolen so we wrapped it around Jocelyn's legs
So many pictures with so many strangers! These girls kept telling me I had beautiful eyes.
So many people everywhere
Cool flooring
