I had Amanda take a picture of my outfit that because the weather is FINALLY colder!
All six of us squished into a tata.
We got dropped off at Daufien then walked a bit to a street that had many different salons to choose from. While walking down the street we saw these cuties!
We chose one that looked really nice and had a lot of chairs. It was 50rmb for a hair cut, and a style was 25rmb. Me and Cynthia decided to get a style so we weren't bored while they did their thing. We all got our hair washed which was about 10 minutes long. Their hair sinks are WAY more comfortable than the ones in America. Also something weird, only men cut hair. There were girls there but they just worked the front desk and stuff. weird. After they washed our hair they wrapped our head in blue towels and took us over to the mirrors. My stylist blew dry my hair and I explained that I wanted it curled. He didn't even brush through it.
After he curled my hair he began French braiding my hair. At first I was like "cool! He's gonna make me look really good!" nope... the braids were a fail.
We had to wait about 3o minutes for Cynthia to get here hair done. I took out my braids and my hair looked much better! Cynthia got all the stylists we chat and she has been talking to them on it. It can translate. After we left we took more pictures!
After we got our hair done we went to Star Bucks and chilled outside. I actually got something for the first time, a vanilla bean frap chino and a blueberry desert thingy. So Good! And of course, we took more pictures.
By Star Bucks they have these awesome Chinese lanterns hanging in trees.
It was a great Saturday!
